My name is Kevin Stengel, owner/operator of Stengel Excavating here in Volant Pennsylvania.
Ever since I could remember, I’ve been fascinated with building, creating and making things. It started in my sandbox with my first Tonka truck. As I grew into a teenager, my father started to show me how to operate “the real thing” – excavators, front-loaders, telehandlers, skid steers, etc.
My work ethic and values for doing good business come from my dad. My father was a coalminer and operator. He believed in hard work, showing up on time and not running from a tough situation.
Now that I’m an adult, I have built my brand on the same principles my father taught me and the same creative force of my childhood.
